Description

• Support and enforce company safety programs across active construction sites.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and field leadership to proactively identify and mitigate jobsite risks.
• Lead safety orientations, training sessions, toolbox talks, and incident prevention initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
• Assist with developing project-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture that prioritizes accountability and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience working for a general contractor or relevant construction subcontractor.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with field personnel and project leadership.
• Ability to conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and safety training.
• Passion for fostering a safe and productive construction environment.
• Safety certifications are preferred but not required depending on experience level.
