USD | Floor Technician

Description:

The Floor Technician at Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is responsible for executing floor care maintenance, sanitation, and waste disposal to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents. This role specializes in floor cleaning, stripping, waxing, and carpet care while also being flexible to assist with general EVS duties, including room cleaning when required.

• Shift Start Time : 8:00 am
• Shift End Time : 4:00 pm
• Is a 30 minute break allowed? : Yes
• If there is a 30 minute break, is the break paid or unpaid? : Unpaid
• Is Overtime Authorized? : No
• Qualifications/Certifications : Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role and knowledge of floor care equipment and use is preferred. Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication with others and be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
