Grow your career in the industryWhat will you do as a Front Desk Associate?Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriatelyMaintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointmentsAssists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail salesEnroll studentsFollow up with leads and Drop lists by phone and textCheck in kids as neededExplain policies to parentsSchedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby.What are we looking for in a Front Desk Associate?Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caringExceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalationsExperience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft SuiteDependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekendsPreferred qualifications:Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progressionCPR & First Aid CertifiedWe help our swimmers be safer, compete smarter, feel confident, and enjoy a life-long love of the sport.
