Accounting Coordinator Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite This Accounting Coordinator position offers the opportunity to join a well-known service organization in the Orlando area that is continuing to expand its accounting and finance team. In this role, the Accounting Coordinator will contribute to essential financial processes while working cross-functionally with internal departments. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy. Process vendor payments and expense reports while maintaining organized and compliant financial records. Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, including onboarding and managing payment workflows. Partner with internal departments and treasury teams to support seamless financial operations. Assist with month‑end close activities, including accruals and bill payment tracking. Qualifications for the Accounting Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, coordination, or reconciliations. Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, with the ability to manage high-volume work.
