Position Overview

We are hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to lead the mechanical assembly teams responsible for the loadout of HVAC units. This role is accountable for ensuring all mechanical assemblies are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Lead and hold accountable mechanical teams responsible for unit loadout
Set clear expectations for productivity, quality, and workmanship
Oversee daily mechanical assembly activities and coordinate work priorities
Ensure units are fully prepared for electrical and HVAC teams
Verify installation of compressors, fans, insulation, and other mechanical components
Develop standardized work practices and improve consistency across teams
Work with Engineering, Materials, Warehouse, Electrical, HVAC, and QA/QC teams
Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience training and developing team members
