Role Overview This registered nurse position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication. Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Use critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and ensure effective communication across care continuum. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. RN license required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred. Telemetry or cardiac care experience is a plus. Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
