They are seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney with specialized expertise in EB-1 and O-1 visas. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in Arizona. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a start-up environment, bringing both legal acumen and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving practice.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal counsel on EB-1 and O-1 visa petitions, including strategy development and case preparation.Draft and review petitions, supporting documentation, and client communications with precision and clarity.Advise clients (individuals and organizations) on eligibility, requirements, and best practices for successful filings.Collaborate with team members across operations, marketing, and client services to ensure seamless case management.Stay current with immigration law updates, USCIS policy changes, and evolving adjudication trends.Contribute to start-up growth by offering insights into process improvements, technology adoption, and client experience enhancements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
