If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now Hiring a Case Manager for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.What You'll DoAdvocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatmentInitiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needsOversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout duration of treatmentProvide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatmentArrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training etc. as necessary for client post - dischargeFacilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support etc.)What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferred1-year experience in treatment industry preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsWarm, empathetic, respectable personalityWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness is pursued.
