Salary: USD58 - USD62 per year Position Summary Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Project Manager to support high-volume real estate portfolio transactions. This role combines lease review, project coordination, document management, and transaction support responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. The ideal candidate has experience working with commercial leases, portfolio transactions, and lease management systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate: $58 - $62/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Work Arrangement: Onsite Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities Review lease documents and extract critical lease provisions for entry into lease management systems Coordinate multiple real estate portfolio transactions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met Manage high-volume lease and transaction documentation across internal and external stakeholders Track landlord consents, estoppels, approvals, and related transaction documents Maintain accurate transaction records, status reports, and deal trackers Support transaction teams by monitoring timelines and proactively identifying potential delays Coordinate document flow between legal, lease administration, and real estate teams Update lease databases and reporting tools to ensure accurate portfolio information Generate transaction and portfolio reports using Excel and other business systems Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and documentation repositories Systems & Tools Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data organization CoStar or comparable lease management software Document management and transaction tracking systems Multiple business applications and reporting platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5–7 years of experience in lease administration, real estate operations, transaction coordination, or a related field Experience supporting multi-property or portfolio-based real estate transactions Strong understanding of commercial leases, lease documentation, and transaction support processes Demonstrated project management experience coordinating multiple simultaneous workflows Experience extracting and organizing lease data with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency working across multiple systems, databases, and business applications Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Experience with CoStar or similar lease management platforms preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Customer-service mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
