Job Description Location: Portage, Wisconsin FTE: 1.0 - Full-time Position Highlights: Outpatient only with 1:8 telephone call only Open to four or five days per week (32 patient contact hours required) Average of 15-17 patients/day Actively developing team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff) Excellent sub-specialty support Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws, imaging, and physical therapist New graduates are encouraged to apply!
