Senior Director, Health & Benefits Strategy

WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Senior Director to lead client engagements in designing and managing comprehensive health and benefits programs. You will drive strategy, grow existing relationships, and participate in prospecting to win new business, while contributing to the evolution of the Health and Benefits practice.
You will partner with clients as a trusted advisor, manage project plans, and mentor colleagues, with base compensation in the $140,000–$170,000 USD range plus bonus
