firstPRO 360 is assisting their client in the Perimeter area seeking Bilingual Medical Records Associate. In this role, be responsible for managing, scanning, retrieving, and electronically distributing patient medical records while providing professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, scan, retrieve, and electronically distribute medical records.
• Process record requests from patients, attorneys, healthcare providers, and other authorized parties.
• Prepare invoices for medical record requests.
• Scan medical information into the EMR system.
• Create MRI and X-ray discs as needed.
• Respond to customer service calls regarding medical record requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, scanners, fax machines, and office equipment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of medical records experience preferred.
