Assistant Property Manager Snelling is currently seeking an upbeat and professional Assistant Property Manager for a public housing company in the Fairfield area. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations and tenant management of our affordable housing properties. Hours: 7:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Thursday. Starting Pay: $19.00–20.00/hr. Key Responsibilities Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee the upkeep of the properties Responsible for grounds and unit inspection readiness Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or issues Assist with tenant screening, lease agreements, and move‑in/move‑out processes Perform administrative tasks, such as … #J-18808-Ljbffr
