HR Business Partner

People & Organization (PO) focuses on our employees, Webasto's most valuable asset. PO encompasses a wide range of tasks, including recruitment and development, as well as compensation, labor law, organizational development, and change management. The function plays a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment and promoting the growth and retention of employees within the company.You can look forward to these exciting tasks:Serve as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentProvide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, workplace concerns, and general HR mattersPartner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, and workplace investigationsMonitor and analyze workforce data and key HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address workforce and labor-related challengesEnsure consistent interpretation and application of company policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment practices, and applicable labor regulationsPartner with leadership to develop and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capabilities, reinforce contract compliance, and promote fair and consistent employment practicesSupport workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives to meet current and future business needsThis is what you bring to us:Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
