IT Program ManagerOur client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage IT projects in their AI program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IT project management, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and governance structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and use cases in this program by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.Location: White Plains, NYPay Range: $72 per hourShift: 1st shiftLength of Contract: 1 yearShift: Monday through FridayWhat's the Job?Managing end-to-end projects, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and successful delivery.Collaborating with senior leadership, business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams while providing project updates and ensuring alignment.Understanding AI solutions, data platforms, system integration, and supporting AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.Leading the RFP process, evaluating vendors, negotiating solutions, and coordinating implementation efforts.Leading project teams, mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance outcomes.What's Needed?Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project/program management, with a focus on AI and cloud platforms.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferredPMP, PgMP, agile or similar project/program management certification.Knowledge of Azure and AI technologies, including large language models and modern data platforms.Experience with AI governance frameworks and AI Centers of ExcellenceAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.What's it in me?Opportunity to work on impactful projects within a dynamic organization.Engagement in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Potential for professional growth and development.Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization's infrastructure.
