Benefits Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Tampa, FL. Key Tasks:

• Administer and support retirement benefit programs, including eligibility, contributions, distributions, and participant inquiries
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure efficient plan operations
• Assist with compliance activities, audits, regulatory filings, and required reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audit requests
• Develop employee communications and educational materials related to retirement benefits and financial wellness programs
• Respond to employee questions regarding retirement plan provisions and processes
• Support retirement-related projects, system enhancements, vendor implementations, and process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting retirement benefits, employee benefits, HR operations, or a related analytical role
• Knowledge of retirement plan administration and applicable regulatory requirements
• Experience working with vendors, audits, compliance processes, and benefit plan reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
