Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments by interviewing patients, observing behaviors, and reviewing relevant medical history to understand the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting recovery.

• Provide individual and family counseling to address various adjustment issues, mental health concerns, and emotional well-being, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that incorporate patients’ psychosocial needs and rehabilitation goals.

• Assist patients in navigating community resources, such as vocational rehabilitation programs, support groups, or housing services, ensuring they have access to the tools needed for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Along with a base salary, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
