Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Traveler

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift (Day/Evening, with potential Day/Night rotation)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical technologist duties across rotating day and evening shifts in a surgical setting
• Adapt to primary evening shift assignment (1p–11p) with day shift coverage (7a–5:30p or 9a–7:30p) as operationally needed
• Fulfill weekend scheduling requirements, which include 12-hour shifts with adjusted weekday hours to meet contracted hours
• Participate in short call assignments, with a minimum of 2 short calls per 4-week schedule
• Complete a 2-week night shift rotation per contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Prior surgical technologist experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Ability to work a 4x10 rotating schedule including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Flexibility to adapt shift assignments based on departmental needs and skill alignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel surgical technologist experience
• Comfort working both day/evening and day/night rotation schedules
