Physician Assistant (PA-C) " Orthopedics
\n
Full-time employed position
\n
Mix of clinic, surgical first assist, inpatient rounding, and follow-up care
\n
Assist in procedures including joint replacement, fracture care, and sports medicine cases
\n
Perform pre-op and post-op evaluations
\n
Order and interpret imaging and labs
\n
Provide patient education and treatment planning
\n
Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, nursing, and care teams
\n
Established orthopedic service line with strong referral base
\n
Competitive compensation package
\n
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
\n
Comprehensive benefits including malpractice, CME, retirement, and PTO
\n
NCCPA certification; Maine licensure required; orthopedic experience preferred
\n
Located near attractions including Rangeley Lakes region, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Acadia National Park
\n
Approximately 35 miles (~40 minutes) to Portland and 140 miles (~2.5 hours) to Boston
