What You'll Do

As an Insurance Account Manager , you will build strong relationships with both new and existing customers while helping them better understand their insurance needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Educating customers about auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance options
• Identifying coverage needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Following up with prospective customers and existing accounts
• Helping customers understand their policies in a clear and relatable way
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity
• Collaborating with the team to provide a consistent and exceptional customer experience
• Contributing to agency growth through strong service, relationship building, and sales activity

Who We're Looking For

Strong candidates typically have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous customer service, sales, or account management experience
• Confidence speaking with customers and discussing their needs
• Strong organization and follow-up habits

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or the ability and willingness to obtain the required licenses

Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required for the right candidate.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
