As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Selinsgrove Center, you will perform the following duties:Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in physical condition and behaviorMedication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policyClinical Support: Assist with diagnostic procedures, provider rounds, and collection of specimensCare Coordination: Communicate with team members to support continuity of careProgram Implementation: Follow individual health plans and support personal care routinesSafety Practices: Participate in emergency responses and maintain compliance with required trainingInterested in learning more?
