Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week and be available for overtime as needed
We have an immediate opening for a Cylinder Technician / Production Operator to support our plant operations. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, compressed gas handling, cylinder processing, industrial labor, plant operations, or chemical processing environments .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Check in and inspect compressed gas cylinders
- Accurately maintain cylinder records and enter data into the cylinder tracking system (data entry)
- Safely operate equipment for refurbishing, painting, decanting, or refilling cylinders
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail when receiving, inspecting, certifying, and processing incoming and outgoing cylinders
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be able to safely handle high-pressure and liquid cylinders
- Previous experience working with compressed gas and/or gas cylinders is a plus, but not required
