Procurement Coordinator

Working remotely, the full-time Procurement Coordinator will manage supplier relationships, oversee inventory processes, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting various internal teams in a biopharmaceuticals company. Key responsibilities Manage inventory levels and procurement of medical products, vaccines, and packaging supplies based on forecasted needs Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to enhance competitive advantage Analyze lead times and product performance to make informed recommendations for inventory management Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in a related field Working knowledge of integrated computer systems related to Materials Management is preferred Prior experience in a company distributing medical products is desirable Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
