Required Skills & Experience:

• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials, with a focus on working in school-based settings
• Valid and active Michigan SLP certification required
• Experience in an educational environment preferred, bringing knowledge of best practices and school protocols
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Design and implement individualized IEP goals supporting each student’s growth
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in group formats
• Engage collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Track progress and modify intervention approaches as necessary for student success
