Handle court appearances, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and pre‑trial preparation. Participate in trials. Provide timely updates and reports to clients. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of consistent civil litigation experience. Active admission to the California state bar. JD from an accredited law school.
