Housing Stability Case Manager

Community Economic Defense Project (CEDP) & CED Law is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to deliver comprehensive, client-centered support for individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. You will coordinate services, advocate for client rights, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure stable housing and access to benefits. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and culturally competent practice, with home visits, documentation in HMIS and HubSpot, #J-18808-Ljbffr cedp
