Qualifications/Certifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and district policies
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
• Develop and implement engaging and evidence-based therapy activities
• Commit to onsite presence to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and support
