A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, with a start date in August and lasting through May. This role will work across one elementary and middle school, collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals focused on student success.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility) as required
• Experience working in school-based settings with elementary and middle school populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a varied caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and progress updates to staff and families
• Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and fellow SLP teammates to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt strategies for individual students
