Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for Machine Operators in our Youngsville, NC Manufacturing Facility. SCHEDULE:

6 a.m - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday Some overtime required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace Adapting and ensuring the production lines have material and parts timely Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable Ensuring work space is clean, safe, and in working order

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Positive energy is required Self starter and go getter attitude Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills CNC, Press break, or punch operation experience required Proficient with hand tools Physical stamina and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs Proficiency in English

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required

SALARY:

Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
