Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial representatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed. Minimum Qualifications: A State Life and Health Insurance license is required. Series 6 preferred, and Series 63 (where required). Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales.
