Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
Homecare Heroes of Texas LLC, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs
Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and wound care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, progress, and concerns
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and dignity
Requirements:
Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with dignity and care
