Technical RecruiterLocation: Hybrid (3 days) in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA Duration: 12+ months Pay Range: $40-50/hr on W2 without benefitsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a senior recruiter. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruiting process for both candidates and hiring managers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 yearsProfessional Human Resources (PHR) certificationAt least 5 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcingAt least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teamsAbility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talentExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the company's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offersSource stellar candidates through search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniquesProvide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managersAdvise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talentDevelop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)Consult with hiring managers on their talent needsCompany Benefits & Culture:Supportive and dynamic work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCommitment to diversity and inclusion
