Prepare financial reports and analytical summaries. Conduct quantitative analysis of financial data. Evaluate financial performance and reporting accuracy. Communicate financial findings to stakeholders. Support financial planning and reporting activities. Forecasting & Business Analysis Analyze business, industry, and economic conditions. Develop financial forecasts and projections. Assess business trends affecting revenues and expenses. Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives. Identify opportunities for financial improvement. Assist in evaluating organizational financial performance. Data Analysis & Visualization Create spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting. Prepare charts and graphs to illustrate financial findings. Organize financial data for technical reports. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Interpret financial data to support business recommendations. Present analytical findings in a clear and professional format. Utilize Microsoft Office applications for financial reporting. Work with financial software to manage and analyze data. Ensure financial documentation is accurate and organized. Maintain data integrity throughout reporting processes. Assist with report preparation and documentation. Compliance & Team Collaboration Apply accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and company regulations. Collaborate with finance and business teams on reporting activities. Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Support continuous improvement of financial processes. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related financial discipline. Zero to two years of financial or accounting experience. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish. Strong attention to detail. Critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Basic understanding of financial markets and economic principles. Knowledge of federal, state, and company accounting regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using financial software applications. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related financial discipline. Experience with financial forecasting and business analysis. Experience preparing technical financial reports. Knowledge of financial modeling and data visualization.
