Position: Operational Support Specialist Location: West Deptford, NJ Pay Rate: $26/hr Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting fast-paced operations? We're hiring an Operational Support Specialist to coordinate orders, shipments, and client needs while helping keep daily operations running smoothly! Job Responsibilities:- Serve as a main contact for customer and account teams
- Coordinate orders, shipments, deliveries, and operational requests
- Monitor service levels and client commitments
- Identify and escalate delays, risks, and operational issues
- Handle customer concerns and operational escalations
- Support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and quality activities
- Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of DIMS, WIMS, UDM, Clarify, MicroStrategy, and ITAD
- Experience with shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
- Must be able to work on-site daily
- Flexible with work hours as needed
