Junior Insurance Sales Representative

Globe Life seeks a Junior Sales Representative to help individuals and families secure life and supplemental health insurance coverage. In this entry-level role, you will generate and qualify leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and present tailored Globe Life solutions while providing excellent customer service. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear performance goals in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment. - Prospect and qualify individual and family leads for life and supplemental health insurance products
- Conduct needs-based consultations and present suitable Globe Life insurance solutions
- Follow up with prospects to address questions and move them through the sales process
- Manage and grow a personal book of business with ongoing client relationship support
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets
- Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and sales performance metrics
- Complete Globe Life onboarding, product, and compliance training
- Ensure all sales activities follow ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development programs
