???? What You'll Do

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

Load materials into machines and monitor production processes

Assist with railcar loading and unloading operations

Move materials throughout the facility as needed

Support various production and general labor activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work independently while also supporting teammates when needed

Follow safety procedures, production standards, and company policies

Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

???? What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred

Ability to work in a physically active industrial environment

Strong attention to safety and quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Team player willing to assist across multiple departments

Comfortable lifting, moving materials, and staying active throughout the shift

Flexibility to work day or night shift schedules

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous machine operator experience

Manufacturing or industrial production background

Material handling experience

Railcar loading and unloading experience

Warehouse, general labor, or production support experience

Experience working in fast-paced industrial environments

This position is based in a manufacturing facility in Chesapeake, VA and involves a mix of machine operation, material handling, and production support duties.

Day Shift Options

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Night Shift Options

???? 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

???? 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
