Overview Registered Nurse – Psychiatric Unit – Janesville, WI – 13‑week travel contract, shift 3x12 night. Pay $1926‑$2321 per week. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care in the behavioral health unit. Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved techniques, policies, and procedures. Document patient care in accordance with standards. Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care according to individualized needs. Participate in unit or department performance‑improvement activities. Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units or departments. Apply critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating issues appropriately. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar setting. Current Wisconsin or multi‑state Registered Nurse license. CPR and BLS certification required.
