Description Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects. Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate closely with field operations, superintendents, vendors, and clients to maintain project milestones. Monitor project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports. Help manage budgets, forecasting, and project financial performance. Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate resources and support day-to-day project operations to ensure successful project execution. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the company's Virginia operations. Gain mentorship and training designed to accelerate progression into a Project Manager role. Profile 0-2 years of construction industry experience preferred. Experience supporting commercial construction projects is highly desired. Concrete, industrial, or data center experience is not required. Strong work ethic with a proactive, self-starter mentality. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
