Compensation: Starting at $75,000 base with $20,000+ commission and occupancy bonus potential

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that highlight Gable Pines' unique strengths and neighborly spirit.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners—always with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
• Lead engaging tours and events that showcase our lifestyle, services, and caring culture.
• Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to move-in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Collaborate closely with our experienced director team to align marketing efforts with operational excellence.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, translating data into actionable plans that drive sustained census growth.
