Client Services Associate The Client Services Associate is the primary customer-facing liaison and serves as a bridge between Sales and Project Management. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, gathering technical and application details, and translating requirements into clear inputs for internal teams. In printing and packaging, this function is commonly referred to as Client Services. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers during pre-production and active projects Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and gather customer requirements Collect and document specifications related to packaging, print, materials, quantities, and timelines Coordinate early design and structural efforts, including white paper comps and carton fit-to-product solutions Create RFQs, support proposal development, and review artwork for quote readiness Support handoff to Project Management once jobs are awarded Communicate project status, timelines, and expectations to customers throughout production Track deadlines and budgets and help resolve issues as they arise Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1-5+ years of relevant experience; entry-level candidates with applicable internships may be considered Experience in packaging, printing, or graphics preferred Background in operations, project management, customer service, inside sales, or estimating Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills Aegis Worldwide
