The Americas is our fastest-growing region, and we are creating this role to solve a specific problem: the time between a client signing and their first campaign going live. This is a new position, based in our Austin hub, sitting within the Americas Client Growth team.

Your Mission

Own the client's experience from the moment they sign to the moment their campaign goes live.

You are the client's named point of contact for everything technical and operational in that window. You collect what we need, you validate it, you configure it, and you drive it through to launch. The seller stays active on the commercial relationship. You will own getting it live.

More About What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding from signed IO to first campaign live, with a named target for days-to-launch and first-time-right setup.
• Run the client-facing intake directly. Collect and validate tracking links, creative assets, IO details and MMP configuration from the client — including walking clients through their own MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, Singular) when attribution setup or postbacks come back wrong.
• Configure the launch in the Smadex Hub: agency and account creation, tracking ID generation, event mapping.
• Own every ticket and gate in Salesforce - launch, resize, creative and vertical approval - and chase each to closure with the authority to escalate.
• Run kickoff logistics and the launch checklist, internal and client-facing, so nothing is discovered at the last gate.
• Improve the process you inherit. Report a reason code on every stalled launch and bring the bottlenecks back to AM, AdOps and Sales Ops. The onboarding workflow is actively being rebuilt and you will have a direct hand in it.

Daily tools: Salesforce, Smadex Hub (DSP), MMP platforms, Google Suite, Slack.

Skills and Requirements

• 1–3+ years in campaign operations, implementation, onboarding, client services or account coordination - ideally in ad tech, programmatic, or a mobile measurement environment.
• Working familiarity with mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, Singular), tracking links, postbacks and event mapping - or clear evidence you can learn technical systems fast.
• Exceptional organisation: you can hold twenty open items across a dozen accounts and know the status of each without being asked.
• Confident, clear written and verbal communication with external clients - this role is on client calls from week one.
• Comfortable chasing and escalating. A large part of this job is politely refusing to let something sit.
• Comfort working across global time zones, particularly with Barcelona HQ and our AdOps team.
• Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.

Nice to have: Salesforce experience, exposure to DSP or SSP platforms, experience supporting mobile gaming or app advertisers.

This is a deliberate entry point into Smadex's Americas commercial organisation. The role sits inside the Client Growth team with a defined path into Account Management for someone who performs. You will finish your first year knowing our product, our clients and our operations better than almost anyone in the region.
