Regional Sales Manager

Schaefer Plastics, a leader in innovative waste technology solutions, is expanding its dynamic team and looking for a passionate Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our initiatives in the Midwest territory (MN, WI, IL, MO, KS, IA, NE, ND, SD).
Location: Northeast Territory Must live in Illinois, Missouri, or Minnesota Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience) + generous end-of-year bonus, monthly car allowance and covered expenses.

What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Get hands-on with face-to-face interactions and meaningful conversations that lead to successful partnerships.
- Utilize our CRM tool to streamline your process, stay organized, and hit your sales targets.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of Schaefer's products.
- Stay ahead of the competition by keeping tabs on industry developments and insights.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in a structured environment, proving you can meet and exceed your goals.
- Must live in Illinois, Missouri, or Minnesota, and ready to travel 70% of the time (up to 2-3 nights a week).
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to take on the challenge of expanding your territory!
