Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Neuro/Med Surg Overflow)

Location

Memphis, TN

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC setting with Med Surg overflow and Neuro patient populations
• Operate within a team nursing model with a ratio of 1:12
• Deliver care in a Short-Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center environment
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
• Float to like units or campuses within the health system as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Stepdown, IMC, PCU, or related specialty
• At least one prior completed travel nursing assignment
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of relevant clinical experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
