Join a district that values teamwork and clinical support, with 16 SLPs/Ts currently on staff and a dedicated Lead SLP available for guidance and mentorship . Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Address communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders CCC-SLP preferred ; qualified candidates with school-based experience are encouraged to apply Knowledge of IEP development, evaluations, and special education services Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Position Highlights Full-time schedule 37.5 hours per week Supportive district with 16 SLPs/Ts and a Lead SLP Average caseload of 5055 students Collaborative and team-oriented environment Consistent school-year schedule with holidays and breaks Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success #J-18808-Ljbffr ProCare Therapy
