The Role

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first friendly face visitors see and the first helpful voice callers hear. Answering phones and greeting visitors is at the heart of this role – and beyond that, you'll help keep our front office running smoothly, support our team with data entry (including Human Resources and Accounts Payable projects), and make sure our space stays organized and welcoming for employees, customers, and vendors alike.

What You'll Do

•       Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with a warm, professional tone – and greet every visitor like they matter (because they do)

•       Communicate directly with customers and vendors to support day-to-day operations

•       Perform accurate, detail-oriented data entry and filing, including Accounts Payable data entry projects

•       Keep the front office, reception, and common areas clean, organized, and stocked – including keeping printers filled with paper and similar upkeep tasks

•       Order and manage office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies

•       Sort and distribute mail and packages; prepare some outgoing shipments

•       Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and other clerical projects as needed

•       Partner with Human Resources to help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events

What We're Looking For

•       Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail – especially important for our HR and AP data entry work

•       Prior front-desk or administrative experience (2–3 years preferred)

•       A professional, courteous phone manner and top-notch communication skills

•       A self-starter who takes initiative and stays cool under pressure

•       Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

•       Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
