Only Angels Home Health & Hospice in Wichita, KS is looking for one receptionist to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 1624 S Rutan Ave Suite A/B. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Monday- Friday

9am -2pm

DUTIES OF POSTION:

Marketing & Errands, Phone Support and Office Operations

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building local clinical relationships

Greet people as they enter the Agency, answer calls, answer general information questions, screen visitors, and deliver messages.

Type memos, correspondence, agendas, and reports, as required.

Maintain files for the Agency.

Photocopying as required.

Perform other duties as required.

JOB CONDITIONS:

Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.

The job requires the abilliy to utilize PC, and other related office equipment.

Daily travel to local medical offices.

COMPANY INFORMATION:

Has access to all patient medical information records, which can be discussed with all management staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have High School education

Must have a minimum of six months office/ marketing experience.

Must posses typing and other clerical skills.

Must have a criminal background check.
