Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:


• Support healthcare providers with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and appeals.

• Serve as the primary reimbursement expert and advisor for assigned therapies and accounts.

• Educate provider offices on payer policies, reimbursement processes, and available support services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician offices, and manufacturer representatives.

• Conduct field visits, provider training sessions, and educational programs across the territory.

• Partner with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues and improve patient access to therapy.

• Manage territory activities, document customer interactions in CRM, and ensure client goals and service expectations are met.

Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:


• 8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience (insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, patient access, etc.)

• Strong reimbursement knowledge with Buy & Bill products and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

• Experience working directly with hospitals, health systems, physician offices, or clinics (highly preferred).

• Medicare and Commercial insurance expertise, including benefit investigations and coverage processes.

• Field-based experience with territory management, provider relationship building, and customer-facing interactions.

• Ability to travel up to 80% (4 days per week, including overnight travel) within assigned territory.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required) and residency in the territory (Dallas preferred, Austin secondary).

Pay Details: $55.76 per hour
