CMM Programmer

CMM Programmer Location: Elkhart, IN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day Shift (with occasional overtime as needed) Overview A growing precision manufacturing company in the Elkhart, IN area is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Quality team. This role is responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CMM equipment to ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Program, operate, and maintain CMM (Zeiss/Calypso preferred) and/or FaroArm equipment Develop and store CMM programs per internal procedures Perform in-process and final inspections on parts and assemblies Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications Analyze measurement data and determine product conformance Document non-conformances and support corrective actions (CARs) Assist with quality audits, calibration, and testing activities Maintain inspection records and quality documentation (including AS9102 forms) Support continuous improvement initiatives and new inspection methods Train team members on inspection techniques and best practices Ensure compliance with AS9100/AS13100 quality standards ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
