Keep going.We are currently searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician, reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, to add to our service delivery team to deliver the highest standard of commercial maintenance and customer service to our clients. Specifically, you will:First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.Utilize your 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring masonry, EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems), welding, and advanced structural repairs in addition to your high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s). General contractor license, electrical license, or specialized trade certifications highly preferred.Proven mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service to our customers with minimal direct supervision.Be the eyes and ears in the field, responsible for successfully completing service tickets in a designated territory in a cost conscience, high-quality, timely manner.Maintain clear lines of professional communication with lead technician(s), supervisor(s), Manager(s), and office staff on open issues and progress of all work assigned including thorough documentation.Be flexible and cooperative with fellow employees and customers while displaying a high level of professionalism.Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions.With paid mileage reimbursement, travel up to 500-2000 miles per week to client sites.Meet the demands of a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on-call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).Provide your own reliable transportation capacity to transport tools and equipment such as 16 ft., ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine, valid driver's license, hand tools, and toolbox suitable for the job (a list of those recommended will be provided).Comfortable and proficient with technology, including the use of industry-specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate with team members, and document service activities.Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.Besides working with a great team in a stable and fast-growing company, you'll receive a competitive hourly base pay rate between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, along with:Competitive medical, dental, and vision insuranceOptional Life and long-term disability insuranceOptional Voluntary AD&D and short-term disability insurance401(k) with a 50% match on the first 6% contributionPaid time off6 paid company holidaysFlexible work scheduleIf you are a versatile, skilled commercial maintenance technician who enjoys travel, variety, autonomy, and is looking to join a supportive, growing company where your experience will be valued, we'd love to talk with you!Tools Required:Battery power tools - Drill/Driver - Impact Driver - Circular sawOscillating saw - Saws-all/Reciprocating saw - Sander - Spare batteries/chargerBrad Nailer - Socket/Ratchet set (various sizes) - Crescent wrenches (various sizes) - Channel Lock (various sizes)Lineman pliers - Needle nose - Pipe wrenches (various sizes) - MultimeterNon-contact voltage tester - Receptable tester - Hammers (claw/2-3lb mini sledge) - Tape measureLevels - Speed square - Drywall tools (various sizes) - Angle grinderHammer drill
