For more information, visit .Job DescriptionThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People Enablement to establish a strategic business partnership function and to help shape and build talent programs at Blend. This is a pivotal role, reporting to the SVP, People Operations, that bridges business goals with People Operations strategy.The Senior Manager, People Enablement is responsible for designing and implementing talent programs that enable and empower employees and leaders to do their best work while helping to scale a world-class People Operations teams. This role requires you to think strategically and execute tactically, while balancing business needs with “people-first” thinking.Strategic Partnership & Business EnablementServe as a key Business Partner to the Senior Leadership Team and executive leadershipParticipate in business strategy discussions and provide people-centered insights to support organizational goalsTranslate business needs into talent and people strategiesLead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational effectivenessProgram Design & ImplementationPartner with the SVP, People Operations, People Development team and business teams to co-design and deliver programs in the following areas:Performance Management: Develop frameworks, processes, and cadences for goal-setting, feedback, and identifying top talent.Workforce Planning: Create data-driven workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and skill requirementsOnboarding & Integration: Design world-class onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity and cultural integration for global hiresTalent Development: Enable career advancement, leadership development, and learning programs that grow capability and retain top talentOrganizational DevelopmentContribute to organizational effectiveness initiatives including structure design, role clarity, and culture buildingDrive change management initiatives in partnership with organizational development teamMonitor and optimize team dynamics and engagementTeam Leadership & Talent ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of global HR Business PartnersBuild a high-performing team culture that reflects our company valuesEstablish performance expectations and provide regular coaching and development opportunitiesSupport recruitment and onboarding of HR team membersPeople Services Foundation SupportCollaborate with the People Services (HR Admin) team to build and strengthen operational foundationsEnsure HR systems, processes, and policies support scalability and consistency across the global organizationProvide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on HR infrastructure and best practicesQualificationsRequired Qualifications7 or more years of progressive HR and People Operations experienceDemonstrated experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizationsProven experience managing global people and talent initiatives and teams across multiple geographies and time zonesAbility to translate business strategy into people strategy and drive organizational alignmentHands-on experience designing and implementing talent programs (performance, development, planning, onboarding)Strong capability as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholdersTrack record of successfully building, leading, and developing high-performing teamsComfortable with HRIS systems, data analytics, and HR technology platforms; Workday preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across levelsAbout YouSelf-starter and driven: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and do not wait for direction.
